Job summary

IWG is seeking a Part-Time Community Associate in Healdsburg, CA. This on-site role is 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, between 8:30am–5:00pm. You will support customers, manage day-to-day center operations, and help run events to grow the IWG community.

You will assist with customer requests, set up equipment, process charges, and ensure invoices are accurate. A friendly, proactive communicator with MS Office skills will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Good communicator with ability to build relationships.
• Able to adapt to fast-changing situations.
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-person with queries, Wi‑Fi codes, packages and directions.
• Set up projectors and help customers in meeting rooms; connect calls and route inquiries.
• Process service charges and ensure invoices are accurate.
• Coordinate networking events and support center operations.
• Wrap up the day by tidying the center and preparing for the next day.
