Job summary

IWG plc in San Diego is looking for a Part-Time Community Associate to support the center and deliver excellent customer service. You will help members, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth daily operations, including billing accuracy and basic IT support.

This 25-hour/week role runs 8:30am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday, with a friendly team, network-building opportunities, and a competitive benefits package including sick/vacation leave and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, energetic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers arriving at the center.
• Answer questions, provide directions, and help with setups (Wi‑Fi codes, projectors).
• Process invoices and ensure services are properly charged.
• Coordinate center events and communicate with the City Manager as needed.
• Assist with filing, mail, and general office tasks.
• Open tickets in the service portal to resolve issues.
