IWG Santa Rosa is seeking a Part-Time Community Associate (20hrs/week) to join our onsite team. You will welcome customers, manage daily requests, and keep the center running smoothly as part of a flexible schedule.

You'll handle tasks from opening coverage to assisting with inquiries, setting up rooms, and coordinating services so clients can focus on their business. A positive attitude and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and manage daily center services.
• Open/close coverage and support opening shifts.
• Help customers with Wi‑Fi codes, directions, and package pickup.
