Day-to-day tasks include assisting with packages, billing, and service tickets, coordinating community events, and maintaining a welcoming work environment that reflects the brand. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and customer-first service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Problem solving and proactive service mindset
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic IT equipment

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a welcoming center atmosphere; assist with inquiries and setup of services
• Process invoices and manage service tickets to keep billing accurate
• Coordinate center events and networking activities with the City Manager contact
• Maintain center presentation and cleanliness before opening and during the day
• Assist customers with directions, Wi‑Fi codes, packages, and room setup
