IWG plc is hiring a Part-Time Community Associate to join our Santa Rosa center. You will manage customer interactions, assist with daily operations, and help maintain a productive workspace for members and guests.

The role focuses on delivering excellent service, coordinating events, and supporting the Center Manager with administrative tasks, while maintaining a welcoming and efficient center environment for all members.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to take ownership and solve problems.
• Positive, adaptable, and able to handle fast-changing situations.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with daily inquiries, schedules, and open/close coverage.
• Provide on-site support for events, directions, and setup needs.
• Process requests, ensure accurate invoicing, and maintain center services.
• Coordinate with a City Manager for events and promotional activities.
• Wrap up the day, tidy the center, and ready the space for the next shift.
