Regus Management Group, LLC (via IWG) seeks a Part-Time Community Associate (20hrs/week) in Santa Rosa, CA. This on-site role requires flexibility across 8:30am-5:00pm shifts to cover openings and closings.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication and relationship-building
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing coverage and flexible scheduling
• Help customers with inquiries, services, and directions
• Set up meeting spaces and equipment and assist with projectors
• Process invoices and ensure accurate charges
• Organize center events and network activities
• Maintain tidiness and provide a welcoming environment
