Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with daily needs, including Wi‑Fi codes, packages, directions, and room setup.
• Help with printing, invoicing, and in‑center services; coordinate with teams via service portal.
• Organize networking events and create invitations; support City Manager with guidance.
