Job summary

CaptionCall is seeking a part-time in-home installer/trainer to help customers set up and use CaptionCall phones. You will install devices in customers' homes, train them on features, and promote the service with a focus on accessibility and independence.

The role offers a flexible schedule with potential for career growth. Must have a reliable vehicle and be able to work evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers' homes.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service to customers.
• Assist with lead generation activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and submit reports.
