Job summary

CaptionCall, a Sorenson Communications brand, seeks a caring installer/trainer to visit customers in their homes and help them use CaptionCall phones for confident telephone communication. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and growth opportunities.

You will install devices, train customers on features, and promote the service while maintaining accurate records and meeting performance goals. Prior customer service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Ability to drive and travel via air as needed.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must be reliable, organized and punctual.
• Must be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers' homes.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service.
• Assist with lead generation activities as needed.
• Represent CaptionCall at events and adapt to company policies.
