Remote Setter Jobs

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Appointment Setter to join our sales support team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives with prospective clients interested in premium wellness and spa products.

• Conduct outbound outreach to potential customers via phone, email, or other sales platforms to introduce our products and services.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing customer needs and interest levels.
• Schedule and confirm appointments or product consultations for the sales team.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all calls, conversations, and appointment statuses in the CRM system.
• Provide follow-ups and reminders to prospects to ensure high attendance rates and customer engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to pass on feedback from prospects and improve outreach strategies.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets.

• Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, telemarketer, sales development representative, or in a related customer engagement role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer questions or objections politely and confidently.
• Familiarity with CRM software and scheduling tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A motivated team player with a positive, proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of the wellness, leisure, or home improvement industry.
• Prior experience setting appointments for high-value products.
• Ability to handle CRM data entry and reporting with accuracy.
