Job summary

CaptionCall is seeking an installer/trainer to help customers set up and use CaptionCall phones in their homes. You will install devices, train users on features, and promote the service while traveling to sites as needed.

This role offers flexible part-time hours and opportunities for career growth. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and experience with hearing health services or working with seniors.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must have valid driver's license and ability to travel by air as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service to customers.
• Create lead generation activities and referrals.
