Job summary

CaptionCall is seeking a caring, customer service–oriented installer/trainer to help customers set up and use CaptionCall phones in their homes. This part-time role offers flexible hours and growth opportunities while you travel locally to serve diverse customers.

You will train users on device features, troubleshoot issues, and promote CaptionCall services. Strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work evenings/weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in English.
• Must be able to drive and travel locally, including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers' homes.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service and assist with lead generation as needed.
• Complete service calls and maintain accurate customer records.
