Job summary

CaptionCall is seeking a caring, customer-service oriented installer/trainer who helps people with hearing loss communicate with confidence. You’ll install CaptionCall phones in customers’ homes and train them on usage, with a flexible part-time schedule and potential for growth.

The role involves in-home visits, independent work, evenings/weekends as needed, and opportunities for advancement. Includes mileage reimbursement and a benefits package with 401(k) match and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service orientation and ability to train users.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting devices in homes is preferred.
• Must be reliable, organized and punctual with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers’ homes.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service and assist with lead generation as needed.
• Represent CaptionCall at events and maintain customer records and reports.
