CaptionCall is seeking a caring, customer-service oriented Installer/Trainer to help people with hearing loss communicate with the world. This part-time role involves training customers in their homes, installing CaptionCall phones, and promoting services. Flexible schedule, potential for growth, and independent work style are valued.

Ideal candidates have basic computer knowledge, experience in hearing health, and ability to work evenings/weekends. Travel is less than 25%.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to drive and travel as needed for home installations.
• Tailor service to meet unique needs of customers.
• Reliability, organization and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service to customers.
• Create lead generation activities and referrals.
• Attend trade shows and corporate events as assigned.
