Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Affordable Part Time Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily on-site operations, rent collection, and financial functions under the Community Manager. You will work with staff to ensure occupancy and compliance with Fair Housing and property performance.

This role emphasizes delinquency management, budget adherence, and strong leadership to guide onsite staff, with responsibilities ranging from posting payments to end-of-month reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred or related experience.
• Basic computer skills and understanding of onsite software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income accurately from residents and applicants.
• Process and reconcile daily accounts receivable.
• Monitor delinquency and issue late notices; assist evictions.
• Assist in achieving budgeted revenues, expenses, and NOI.
• Post charges and bill backs to resident accounts; process move-out charges.
• Conduct end-of-month closing procedures and reporting.
• Supervise onsite staff; ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance.
