Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of an on-site housing community under the supervision of the Community Manager. You will drive rent collection, manage staff, and ensure compliance with fair housing guidelines, while implementing leasing strategies and resident retention programs.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years housing industry experience.
• Ability to understand and perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions under Community Manager.
• Manage delinquency and rent collection to optimize cash flow.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Plan leasing, marketing, and resident retention programs.
