Job summary

The UPS Store 7171 is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to support the Center Manager in daily retail operations. The role involves supervising staff, opening/closing, monitoring service delivery, and contributing to weekly and monthly reports.

You will assist with expense control, inventory, and marketing activities while maintaining world-class customer service. This part-time position requires 25–30 hours per week across a 6-day schedule, with a high school diploma or GED and at least one

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
One year of supervisory experience in logistics, retail, or similar industry.
P&L experience preferred.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
Able to lift 40 pounds.
Willing to work 25–30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Assists with personnel management, including recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching associates.
Schedules work assignments and helps facilitate staff meetings.
Monitors and helps maximize customer service delivery and satisfaction.
Helps develop and implement the store marketing program.
Helps manage Center financials and reporting.
Manages inventory.
Reviews daily timesheets and submits for payroll processing.
Helps oversee Center maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization.
Performs other duties as assigned.
