Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a hands-on Team Lead for a part-time onsite role in Florence, SC. You will rotate through key operational areas, lead by example on the floor, and step in as MOD when senior leaders are away.

Grow guest satisfaction, drive program sales, and ensure safety and cleanliness on shift. You’ll develop leadership skills in a fast-paced entertainment environment, support diverse departments, and help maintain a high-energy, guest-first experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to guide team members.
• Comfort with on-floor decision making and rapid problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when senior leaders are not on-site and ensure safety and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and coach team members across departments to deliver park operations on shift.
• Rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities as needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
