Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Part-time Team Lead to oversee daily operations on the park floor, rotating through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You will lead by example, coach staff, and ensure a safe, engaging guest experience across shifts.

As MOD when leadership isn’t onsite, you’ll help maintain park operations, enforce safety standards, and drive guest satisfaction while supporting a high-energy team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring operational excellence and safety.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership by coaching, supporting, and delegating to Team Members across departments.
• Step into operational areas as needed to maintain guest experiences and smooth park flow.
• Deliver timely communication of guest issues and safety concerns to the Management Team.
