Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead for onsite operations. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, acting as Manager on Duty when leaders aren’t present. The role emphasizes leadership, guest service, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive membership sales, coach teammates, and ensure seamless park operations while maintaining a high-energy, customer-focused atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when senior leaders aren’t on-site. Lead and coach team members across departments.
• Drive guest engagement and membership/sales opportunities.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain park readiness during shifts.
• Lead rotational development in Sales, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities.
• Oversee front desk performance, service standards, and upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate birthday parties, group events, and corporate outings to ensure guest delight.
