Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead to drive operations and guest experiences across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You will act as MOD when leadership isn’t on-site, coach team members, and ensure safety and service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll lead by example, handle shift coverage, and contribute to a positive park culture while developing leadership skills for future growth at CircusTrix Sky Zone.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Background in retail, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Proficient with technology including POS systems and Microsoft Office; quick to learn new platforms.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety, operations, and accountability.
• Lead on-floor operations and coach team members across departments to deliver guest experiences.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
• Oversee Parties & Events, F&B, Front Desk, and Facilities as needed to maintain guest delight.
• Enforce safety policies, complete incident reports, and maintain park cleanliness and readiness.
• Communicate guest issues or operational challenges to the Management Team promptly.
