Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Part-time Team Lead onsite in South Carolina to rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You will lead from the floor, step in as MOD when needed, coach team members, and help drive guest experiences with a strong focus on service excellence and safety.

The role values a hands-on, team-first mindset and requires 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, with experience in POS systems and basic office software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and office software is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not on site.
• Lead by example on the floor to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Coach Team Members across departments to deliver service excellence and upsell opportunities.
• Oversee and support Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and park readiness during shifts.
• Communicate guest issues and operational challenges to the Management Team.
