Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to oversee operations on site, rotating through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You’ll act as Manager on Duty, ensuring smooth park operations, guest satisfaction, and safety compliance.

You will guide a dynamic team, drive member engagement, and handle daily shifts with energy and accountability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when General Manager/Operations Manager are not present.
• Lead across key areas: Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities.
• Drive guest experience with Sky Zone’s WOW service standards and safety.
• Coach team members to maximize performance and provide consistent service.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures, safety compliance, and park cleanliness.
