Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead in an on-site, part-time role. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty (MOD) when leaders are not on-site to keep the park running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the park is busiest.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring operational excellence and safety.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
• Enforce all safety policies and complete incident reports when necessary; maintain shift procedures.
• Rotate through Leadership Development roles: Sales & Service Lead, Parties & Events Lead, F&B & Facilities Lead to ensure guest satisfaction.
