Job summary

Sky Zone in South Carolina is seeking a Part-time Team Lead to oversee daily park operations, guest experience, and events on the floor. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty as needed.

We value hands-on leaders with 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, able to work evenings and weekends. You will guide a high-energy team, ensure safety, and drive guest satisfaction while supporting park goals.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience in supervisory or leadership roles preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present.
• Lead guest interactions to deliver Sky Zone's WOW service standards.
• Coach team members to maximize sales and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee Parties & Events, scheduling, staffing and upsell opportunities.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance across the park.
