Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead to join our Operations team in a full-time onsite role. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as needed to keep the park running smoothly and safely.

As MOD when leaders aren’t on-site, you’ll coach and support the team, drive guest experiences, boost sales, ensure safety and compliance, and grow into higher responsibilities.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the park is most alive.
• Reliability, self-motivation, organization, and eagerness to grow into higher levels of responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and positively influence others.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Manager on Duty (MOD) when senior leaders are not on-site to keep operations running smoothly and safely.
• Coach, support, and delegate to Team Members across all departments while on the floor.
• Drive guest experiences and sales by modeling service excellence and mentoring staff.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure shift procedures are followed and the park is clean and ready.
• Lead in other operational areas as needed to maintain seamless guest experiences.
