Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You’ll serve as Manager on Duty when leadership isn’t on-site, ensuring smooth operations and a positive guest experience.

This full-time on-site role requires at least 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles, strong communication, and comfort with POS and standard software. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, safety, and process excellence with a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles
• Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with POS systems and common office software

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not on-site, ensuring safety and flow.
• Lead and coach team across departments to deliver guest-focused experiences.
• Oversee scheduling, events, and day-to-day park operations.
• Support safety policies and incident reporting.
