Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead to guide daily operations onsite in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, acting as MOD when leadership isn’t present to ensure safety and efficiency.

You’ll coach team members, drive guest engagement, and support park operations while maintaining service excellence. This role requires availability evenings/weekends and a hands‑on, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest‑facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Retail, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation background preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not on site to ensure safety and operations.
• Provide on‑the‑floor leadership by coaching and delegating to team members across departments.
• Step into programs, café, front desk, and events to maintain guest experiences and operational flow.
• Drive membership and park program sales.
• Enforce safety policies and complete incident reports when necessary.
• Maintain park cleanliness and readiness during shifts.
