Job summary

Kids Empire in Columbus, GA is seeking a Park Manager to supervise staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold park safety. You will manage schedules, lead team training, handle guest inquiries, and coordinate birthday parties and vendor orders.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills, plus the ability to work weekends and holidays and interact with children and families. This position is based on-site within a family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly, greet them, and ensure comfort.
• Create weekly schedules and audit attendance and timeclocks.
• Hire qualified employees for park positions and manage terminations/resignations.
• Lead training and conduct performance evaluations for staff.
• Oversee birthday party bookings and vendor coordination.
• Monitor safety and ensure guests follow park rules and guidelines.
• Coordinate with corporate teams and manage snack inventory and vendor relations.
