Job summary

Kids Empire seeks a Park Manager to oversee daily park operations, lead staff and ensure guests have a safe, enjoyable experience. You will manage schedules, hire staff, conduct evaluations, and coordinate events, while maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work weekends and holidays and interact with families and children of all ages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Weekend and holiday work required.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Strong communication, customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Leadership and time management skills.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly, greet them, and ensure comfort.
• Supervise staff performance and ensure production goals are met.
• Create and audit weekly schedules; manage attendance and time clocks.
• Hire qualified employees and handle documentation of terminations or resignations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and park assessments.
• Train team members on key job duties.
• Open/close park and manage check-in and billing processes.
• Maintain inventory, coordinate vendor supplies, and manage birthday parties.
