Kids Empire US LLC is seeking a Park Manager to supervise park staff and ensure guest satisfaction in a fun, safe environment. You will greet guests, manage scheduling, handle receipts, and coordinate birthday parties, events, and vendor orders while maintaining compliance with park policies.

You will lead a team, conduct evaluations, train staff, and resolve guest or employee concerns daily, ensuring a high-energy, family-friendly experience across the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and conflict resolution skills.
• Leadership skills and strong conflict resolution skills.
• Work independently.
• Read and write in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Attending to guests promptly, greeting them, and making them feel comfortable.
• Park Managers are performing their duties satisfactorily and achieving production goals.
• Create weekly schedules.
• Audit schedules, attendance, and timeclocks.
• Hire qualified employees for park positions.
• Handle, manage, and document statements, terminations, resignations, and job abandonment cases.
• Conduct performance evaluations and park assessments for the park and employees.
• Train team members to perform key duties.
• Open and close the park using keys or a code.
• Communicate guest or employee issues.
• Operate check-in process via iPad for guest information and liability waiver.
• Manage billing transactions and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Organize the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, and ice cream.
• Manage birthday party bookings and setups and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate vendor orders and supplies.
• Collaborate with corporate teams and communicate through proper channels.
• Check snack inventory and place vendor orders as needed.
• Monitor safety and ensure compliance with park rules.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures.
• Schedule and coordinate family events.
• Attend weekly meetings with development.
• Coordinate quantity arrivals.
• Communicate with suppliers and third parties.
• Set up time and attendance.
• Audit Amazon accounts nationally across KE parks.
• Assist operations chats.
• Other duties as assigned.
