Kids Empire seeks a Park Manager to supervise staff, greet guests, resolve complaints, and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for families. You will open/close the park, manage schedules, recruit team members, and coordinate events.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety standards.

Experience with POS, inventory, and vendor coordination is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Read and write in English.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Attending to guests as quickly as possible, greeting them and making them feel comfortable.
• Create weekly schedules and audit attendance and timeclocks.
• Hire qualified employees for park positions available.
• Manage birthday party bookings and event setups.
• Operate the front cash counter and POS transactions accurately.
• Manage snack inventory and vendor orders.
• Ensure safety rules and guidelines are followed by guests and staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and staff training.
• Open and close the park, including security and access control.
• Coordinate with corporate teams and vendors.
