Kids Empire is seeking a Park Manager to supervise staff, greet guests, and ensure an excellent and safe experience for families. You will manage schedules, audits, vendor relations, events, and front-desk operations while maintaining high service standards in a busy recreation environment.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends and holidays, with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety. Training will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly and make them feel welcome.
• Meet production goals and supervise park employees.
• Create weekly schedules and audit attendance/time records.
• Hire qualified employees for park positions.
• Handle disciplinary actions and terminations as needed.
• Conduct performance evaluations and park assessments.
• Train team members on key duties.
• Open/close park using keys or codes.
• Manage guest and employee issues and inquiries.
• Process check-ins and liability waivers via iPad.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Organize snack inventory and vendor orders.
• Oversee birthday party bookings and setups.
• Coordinate with corporate teams and vendors.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and areas are clean.
