Kids Empire is seeking a Park Manager to supervise daily park operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain safety standards. You will lead staff, coordinate events, and manage front-desk processes in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment.

The role requires interaction with families and children, strong communication, and the ability to handle complaints professionally. Weekend availability is expected, and benefits include health coverage and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
• Work independently and in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent time management and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly and greet them to ensure comfort.
• Supervise staff performance and meet production goals.
• Create weekly schedules and audit attendance and time clocks.
• Hire qualified park staff and manage terminations if needed.
• Conduct evaluations and park assessments.
• Train team members on key duties.
• Open/close park with code or keys.
• Manage check-in, liability waivers, and guest data.
• Handle cash at front desk and POS transactions.
• Oversee snacks, beverages, and inventory replenishment.
• Coordinate birthday parties and vendor orders.
• Collaborate with corporate teams and vendors.
• Monitor safety rules and park attendance policies.
• Ensure restrooms and structures are clean.
• Plan and run family events.
• Support operations and events as needed.
