Job summary

Kids Empire is seeking a Park Manager to supervise daily park operations, greet guests, and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for families and children. You will schedule staff, audit attendance, hire qualified employees, and resolve guest or employee issues while coordinating with vendors and corporate teams.

You will manage check-ins, payments, and liability waivers, maintain clean facilities, and lead events and birthday parties with a focus on high-quality guest service and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Work weekends and holidays
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and conflict resolution skills
• Leadership skills and strong conflict resolution skills
• Work independently
• Read and write in the English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly and greet them, ensuring a welcoming park atmosphere.
• Supervise park staff to meet production goals and deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Create weekly schedules and audit attendance and time clocks.
• Hire qualified employees for park positions and document staffing decisions.
• Handle disciplinary actions, terminations, resignations, and related documentation.
• Conduct performance evaluations and park assessments; train team members.
• Open and close the park using keys or codes, and manage check-in and liability waivers.
• Oversee front desk cash handling, POS transactions, and daily revenue reporting.
• Manage birthday party bookings, vendor sourcing, and event setup.
• Coordinate with corporate teams and vendors, ensure safety standards and park rules.
