Job summary

Kids Empire in Marietta, GA is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, ensure a safe and fun environment for guests, and maintain high standards of service.

You will supervise staff, assist with training, manage guest inquiries, and coordinate events while upholding safety standards and efficiency in a fast-paced family-friendly venue. Experience with customer service and leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children and families.
• Operate an iPad for guest check-in and data capture.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Leadership and organizational abilities.
• Decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and safety.
• Read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly, greet them, and ensure a welcoming feel.
• Supervise employees to meet production and service goals.
• Assist Park Manager with training, development, and audits.
• Foster a positive, collaborative park environment.
• Open/close park and manage access control.
• Handle guest and employee issues and communicate with the Park Manager.
• Oversee check-in, liability waivers, and guest data entry via iPad.
• Process billing at the front counter with accuracy.
• Maintain snack/stock levels and coordinate orders with vendors.
• Walk the floor to spot hazards and enforce rules and safety.
• Keep restrooms clean and sanitize structures and surfaces.
• Schedule and coordinate family events and assist event operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
