Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a National Coordinator to oversee the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance across markets nationwide. This role requires strong judgment, industry knowledge, and coordination with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors.

The position is overnight (4:00 PM–10:00 AM) with potential overtime. You will model best practices, mentor teammates, and uphold Cox Fleet's standards for service quality and customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 5 years in dispatch/logistics.
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance operations and trucking logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance from request to completion.
• Ensure technicians receive service events promptly and request additional work when needed.
• Re-assign previous events not completed during first assignment and dispatch to optimise outcomes.
• Monitor events, track ETA, and communicate delays or issues to customers and leadership.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve multi-party service issues within timelines.
