Cox Enterprises’ Cox Fleet is seeking a National Coordinator to oversee the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance across multiple markets. This overnight role emphasizes professional judgment, industry knowledge, and coordination with internal partners, customers, and third-party vendors.

You will model best practices, mentor less experienced team members, and uphold Cox Fleet’s standards for service quality and customer experience while managing dispatch operations on a national scale.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related field or alternative combinations with 3+ years if higher degree/certification.
• Working knowledge of fleet maintenance operations and transportation logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage event lifecycle for preventative maintenance, towing, and unscheduled/emergency service events from initial request to repair completion.
• Dispatch to technicians to achieve best results for the client and meet KPIs.
• Monitor open events and estimated arrival times; communicate delays or service concerns to customers and leadership.
• Coordinate with internal partners to resolve multi-party service issues and ensure customer needs are met within timelines.
• Provide coaching to less experienced dispatch team members and maintain clean backlogs.
