Cox Enterprises, through Cox Fleet, is seeking a National Coordinator to oversee the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance. This role operates across multiple markets nationwide and requires professional judgment, industry knowledge, and coordination with clients, partners, and third-party vendors.

Overnight shifts run 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM, with potential overtime depending on demand. As a senior member of the dispatch team, you will model best practices, coach less experienced staff,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 5 years of related dispatch/logistics experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of fleet maintenance operations and trucking industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service events from initial client request to repair completion across multiple markets.
• Assign work to technicians with an eye toward KPIs and timely outcomes.
• Monitor open events, communicate delays or service concerns to customers and leadership.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve multi-party service issues within timelines.
