Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a National Coordinator to lead dispatch operations, managing the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance across multiple markets in the country. You will coordinate with technicians, customers, and third-party vendors while upholding Cox Fleet standards for service quality and customer experience.

The role is overnight, with shifts from 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM, and may include overtime opportunities based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years’ related experience.
• Experience in dispatching, service scheduling, or logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance operations and trucking standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete event lifecycle for preventive maintenance, towing, and emergency service.
• Ensure technicians receive service events quickly and request additional work when needed.
• Audit open work requests across markets for daily updates.
• Communicate with customers and leadership about delays or service concerns.
• Maintain timely documentation in systems for each service event.
• Coach less experienced dispatch team members.
