Cox Enterprises is seeking a National Coordinator for Cox Fleet dispatch operations on a nationwide scale. The role covers the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance, coordinating with technicians, vendors, customers, and internal partners to ensure timely, high-quality service.

This overnight position runs from 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM, with overtime opportunities based on business needs. The role emphasizes professional judgment, cross-market collaboration, and mentoring junior staff

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in dispatching, service scheduling, or logistics coordination.
• Working knowledge of fleet maintenance operations, trucking industry standards, and transportation logistics.
• Proficient oral and written communication across organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple events and shifting priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete event lifecycle for preventative maintenance, towing, and unscheduled service events from client request to completion.
• Ensure technicians receive all service events promptly and request additional work when needed.
• Re-assign events not completed during initial assignment and dispatch to optimize client outcomes.
• Assess each service event and dispatch to achieve best results for the client.
• Monitor KPIs, communicate delays or concerns to customers and leadership.
• Audit open work requests across markets for daily update compliance.
• Provide coaching and guidance to less experienced dispatch team members.
