Job summary

Cox Fleet in the United States is seeking an experienced National Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance. The role requires coordinating across markets, internal partners, customers, and third-party vendors to uphold service quality and customer experience.

This overnight position operates between 4:00 PM and 10:00 AM, with potential overtime based on business needs. A senior dispatcher mindset and strong judgment are essential for success.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 3–5 years in dispatch/logistics
• Experience in fleet maintenance operations or trucking/logistics
• Proficient communication across levels of an organization

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle for preventative maintenance, towing, and service events
• Ensure technicians receive events promptly and request additional work when needed
• Re-assign events not completed during first assignment
• Dispatch to optimize client outcomes and KPI targets
• Provide escalated support to customers and internal stakeholders with professionalism
• Coach less experienced dispatch team members and maintain clean backlogs
• Contribute to dispatch process improvements and service quality standards
