Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a National Coordinator to oversee the complete lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance. This role operates across multiple markets with shifts evenings into early morning, emphasizing decisive dispatch, vendor coordination, and customer communication.

The position supports senior dispatch leadership, ensures service quality, and upholds Cox Fleet standards. Experience in fleet operations and cross-market coordination is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 3–5 years in dispatch/logistics or related field.
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance, trucking standards, and transportation logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of service events from client request to repair completion.
• Assign work to technicians with KPI awareness and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal partners to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation in systems for each service event.
• Coach less experienced team members and contribute to continuous process improvement.
