The position operates overnight with shifts 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM, with potential overtime based on business needs. It requires strong communication, vendor management, and a commitment to service quality and customer experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 5 years in dispatch/logistics
• Familiarity with fleet maintenance operations and trucking standards
• Ability to manage multiple events in a remote, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of maintenance events from client request to repair completion
• Ensure technicians receive events promptly and request additional work when needed
• Audit open work requests across markets for daily update compliance
• Monitor events, track arrivals, and communicate delays to customers and leadership
• Provide coaching and guidance to less experienced dispatch team members
• Contribute to continuous improvement of dispatch workflows and service quality
