Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a National Coordinator to oversee the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance across markets in the United States. The role emphasizes judgment, industry knowledge, and cross‑functional coordination with internal partners, customers, and third‑party vendors.

The position is overnight with shifts 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM, with overtime opportunities as needed. You will model best practices, support peers, and uphold service quality and customer experience standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and relevant dispatch/logistics experience.
• Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance operations and transportation logistics.
• Able to manage multiple complex service events and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete event lifecycle for preventative maintenance, towing, and unscheduled service events from request to completion.
• Ensure technicians receive events promptly, and re‑assign unfinished events as needed.
• Assess events and dispatch to optimize client outcomes and meet time‑based KPIs.
• Monitor arrival times, communicate delays or concerns to customers and leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues within timelines.
