Job summary

Cox Enterprises’ Cox Fleet seeks a National Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance across markets. This senior role requires professional judgment and coordination with internal partners, customers, and third-party vendors.

The position is overnight (4:00 PM–10:00 PM) with flexible overtime based on business needs. You will model best practices, support teammates, and uphold Cox Fleet's service quality and customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 5 years in dispatch/logistics or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of fleet maintenance operations and trucking standards.
• Proficient communication and ability to manage multiple events in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle for preventative maintenance, towing, and emergency service events.
• Dispatch to technicians to ensure timely service and meet KPIs.
• Audit open work requests across markets for daily update compliance.
• Communicate delays and service concerns proactively to customers and leadership.
• Coach less experienced dispatch staff and maintain backlog hygiene.
• Collaborate with vendors to align with Cox Fleet policies.
