Cox Fleet seeks a National Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance across multiple markets nationwide. The role emphasizes professional judgment, industry knowledge, and coordination with internal partners and third‑party vendors.

The position operates overnight with shifts typically between 4:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Overtime may be available based on business needs and may be discussed during interview.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years in dispatch/logistics.
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance operations, trucking industry standards, and transportation logistics.
• Experience working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end service events from initial request to completion.
• Ensure technicians receive events promptly and request additional work when needed.
• Reassign incomplete events and optimize dispatch based on KPIs.
• Audit open requests across markets for daily updates and compliance.
• Monitor events, track ETAs, and communicate delays to customers and leadership.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members and coach on best practices.
• Develop and improve dispatch workflows and service quality standards.
