Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a National Coordinator to act as a subject matter expert in dispatch operations, managing full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance across markets. The overnight shift requires sound judgment, industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with internal partners, customers, and third‑party vendors to uphold Cox Fleet service standards.

Shifts run 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM with interview‑determined assignments; overtime may be available.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED with 5 years experience in dispatch/logistics.
Knowledge of fleet maintenance, trucking standards, and transportation logistics.

Responsibilities

Manage the complete event lifecycle for preventive maintenance, towing, and unscheduled service events from initial request to repair completion.
Ensure technicians receive events quickly and request additional work when needed.
Re‑assign previous events that were not completed during the first assignment.
Assess each service event and dispatch to achieve the best results for the client.
Assign work with an eye toward time‑based KPIs.
Identify gaps in KPI performance and address them with local leaders.
Audit open work requests across markets for daily update compliance.
Monitor open events, track arrivals, and communicate delays to customers and leadership.
