Cox Fleet is seeking a National Coordinator to act as a subject-matter expert for dispatch operations. You will oversee the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance across multiple markets, coordinating with technicians, customers, and third‑party vendors.

The role is overnight (4:00 PM–10:00 AM) with potential overtime based on business needs. You will model best practices, coach colleagues, and uphold Cox Fleet service standards in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED required; 5+ years in dispatch/logistics or related field preferred.
• Experience with fleet maintenance operations and transportation logistics is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the lifecycle of maintenance, towing, and emergency service events from request to repair completion.
• Ensure technicians receive jobs promptly and re‑assign incomplete events as needed.
• Monitor KPIs, manage open events across markets, and communicate delays to customers and leadership.
• Serve as the primary contact for escalated service issues and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure third‑party vendors follow Cox Fleet policies and document performance issues.
