Cox Fleet is seeking a National Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance across multiple markets. The role emphasizes professional judgment, industry knowledge, and coordination with internal partners, customers, and third-party vendors.

The position is overnight, with shifts from 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM; overtime may be available. It emphasizes service quality, customer experience, and leadership within the dispatch team.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED and 5 years’ experience in a dispatching, service scheduling, or logistics coordination role.
• Working knowledge of fleet maintenance operations, trucking industry standards, and transportation logistics.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of fleet service events from request to repair completion.
• Dispatch to optimize for time-based KPIs and inform customers of status and delays.
• Activity includes vendor management, documentation, and escalation handling.
• Support senior team members and contribute to dispatch process improvements.
